The two counts are pooled. One unused watch record converts to three service cases, automatically. A repair workshop that records no watches gets 850 service cases on Steel. A maker who does no repairs gets 283 watches. You never pay for a column you don't use.

Your records and your assistant's context are scoped to your house alone. No shared index, no cross-customer retrieval, no other house can reach them.

Role-based access

What Platine holds

Platine is where your house keeps its records: clients and contacts, watches and their service history, orders and requests, documents and specifications, and the partners you work with. You decide what enters. Nothing is imported without your action.

Your records are yours

You are the data controller. Platine is the processor. We hold your records to operate the service you're paying for — nothing else. We do not sell data, we do not share it with anyone beyond the infrastructure providers required to run the service, and we do not use it to build products for anyone else.

Tenant isolation

Each house's records are scoped to that house alone. No shared index, no cross-customer retrieval, no other customer can reach them. This applies on every plan, including the cheapest — it is never a paid upgrade.

The assistants

Platine's assistants work from your records, under your permissions. An assistant receives only the information it is authorised to use for the task in front of it. Your data is not used to train public foundation models. Drafts and proposed actions wait for a person before anything is sent, changed or shared.

What Platine reads outside your workspace

Mirror and Loupe read publicly available sources — search results, marketplaces, forums, retailer sites and social platforms. Only what anyone could reach without a login. No credentials are used and no private systems are accessed.

Where it lives

Platine runs on managed cloud infrastructure. Hosting region, provider, retention periods and sub-processors will be documented in writing before production onboarding, and a data-processing agreement is available on request.

Your control

Export or delete your records at any time, in full, in an open format. No request or approval needed. Access within your workspace is governed by role-based permissions you set. When an account closes, records are deleted on the schedule set out in your agreement.

Cookies and the website

This site uses no advertising or tracking pixels. If you submit a form, we store what you sent in order to reply to you, and nothing more.

Platine — terms of service

This page is available in English only.

1 · The service

Platine grants your organisation a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the platform for your internal business use. You are responsible for the accounts and team members you provision, and for keeping access credentials secure.

2 · Status of the service

Platine is in active development. Some modules, integrations and assistant capabilities are not yet complete. Where a plan or agreement describes something not yet available, that is disclosed in writing before payment is taken.

3 · Plans and billing

Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance. Annual plans are billed once for twelve months in advance. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. You may change or cancel your plan effective at the next billing period. Fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable.

Usage beyond a plan's included allowances — records, assistant actions or storage — is billed at the published overage rates. You are notified at 80% of any allowance before an overage applies.

4 · Partner Circle

Partner Circle members pay for three years in advance and receive the tier above the one paid for, for the full term. The three years begin at onboarding, not at payment. If Platine ceases operation during the term, unused years are refunded in full and a complete export of your records is provided in an open format. Full Partner Circle terms are agreed in writing before any payment is taken.

5 · Your records

You retain all rights to the records you put into Platine. You grant Platine only the licence necessary to store, process and display them in order to operate the service. Export or delete at any time.

6 · Acceptable use

No unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security, no reselling of access, and no processing of data you are not entitled to process. Platine's public-web monitoring must not be used to target private individuals.

7 · Assistants and accuracy

The assistants produce drafts and suggestions. They can be wrong. Nothing is sent, published or acted on without a person approving it, and you remain responsible for what you send. Platine does not warrant that assistant output is accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose.

8 · Availability

Platine is provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

9 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Platine's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.

10 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Toronto. Questions? Write to pouyan@platine.watch.
